    Israel UAE normalize relations

Israel and the United Arab Emirates have reached a deal to normalise relations, with Israel agreeing to suspend its controversial plans to annex parts of the occupied West Bank.

In a surprise statement by US President Donald Trump, who helped broker it, the countries called the accord "historic" and a breakthrough toward peace.

Such an achievement that even Biden tried to get in on the credit.

It would appear this could be a game changer in the region. The UAE has been moving slowly towards this position for awhile now but good to see they appear set to make the jump. This should free Israels PM from having to cater to hard right as much and could allow for further movement among other countries. Good job.

So Trump and Kushner did good right?

    Another big foreign policy win

President Trump on Friday announced the normalization of diplomatic relations between Bahrain and Israel, the second such breakthrough in recent weeks as the administration works to broker cooperation between Arab nations and Israel.

"This is a historic breakthrough to further peace in the Middle East. Opening direct dialogue and ties between these two dynamic societies and advanced economies will continue the positive transformation of the Middle East and increase stability, security and prosperity in the region," Trump said in a joint statement with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and King Hamad bin Isa Salman al-Khalifa of Bahrain.

The president, speaking to reporters in the Oval Office, suggested that the development carried additional significance because it was announced on the 19th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

"There's no more powerful response to the hatred that spawned 9/11 than the agreement that we're about to tell you," Trump said.

You'd think the peaceful war hating media would put him on a pedestal.

    Or the peaceful war-hating "liberals."

Monumentally historic progress unfolding before our eyes today at the WH.

Signing of the Abraham Accords while the US Flag, Israeli Flag, and UAE Flag are seen in the background is something nobody expected or thought possible.

Like Trump or not...that's pretty damn cool and a helluva foreign policy achievement.

All of it will most certainly be downplayed by the media.

Trump: "Here's a gold key to the White House.”

Netanyahu: “You have a key to the hearts of the people of Israel.”

    Sheep: "Trump is literally Hitler!"

They would have to cover it, to down play it. I don’t think the media knows about this deal yet.

A reporter asked about other nations ready to join Abraham Accords, and Trump responded with...“We’re very far down the road with five additional countries.”

    Whoa!

    This is pretty amazing stuff.

BREAKING: Trump expects Saudi Arabia will join move to recognize Israel

I actually don't believe this will happen.
