    What is the black nation?
There isn't a "white national anthem" because the nation was made for white people lol.

The black nation is made up of people America referred to as 3/5ths human.

Moe and I are carrying very similar views on this topic. Nothing divisive about the lyrics that I am aware of. It’s mere existence is what is divisive and exclusionary by choice and design:

The very notion of a "black national anthem" presupposes a black nation.

A nation distinct and separate from the rest of the nation.

Separated by skin color of course.

If you claim not to understand how that's divisive, you're being deceptive.

All they are are grist for the mill on your way to some socialist utopia. So go ahead and raise your fist for George Floyd who put a gun to the stomach of a pregnant woman while robbing her. Say Breonna Taylor's name but don't mention she was part of a drug ring whose boyfriend shot police who were serving a legal warrant. Go ahead and tell me that because I'm white I owe reparations to black people for slavery that ended 200 years ago. Do all of that while ignoring the children dying at your doorstep whose blood is on your hands.
Or maybe I don't speak about them with you on this website.

I understand the historical injustices that black people have endured.

But you seem to be using this as a distraction from the point.

A "black national anthem" BY DEFINTION divides the nation into categories by race.

It's a complete joke. The idiocy of the left never ceases to amaze me.

They want us to pay reparations for slavery which ended 170 some odd years ago. Yet they want to switch to a socialist or communist economy that requires slavery by their very definitions.

428 murders in Chicago this year. Yet instead of trying to actually fix the overwhelming number of brutal murders, their mayor is blaming surrounding states for not having strict gun control laws like Chicago.

Ehhhh I think it's exclusionary if you personally want it to be. Plenty of white people and people of other races love singing it. It's kinda like BLM. It's only a race thing if you want it be. There are millions of people of other races who love BLM. If you wanna be excluded, that's up to you. Can't force you to join.

    It's not ignorance.

    It's deception.

Either of the self... or more likely of others.

Every conversation with bandc reaches a point where an important truth must be acknowledged in order for honest discussion to continue.

And each time that point is reached, he evades rather than concedes.

His need to evade is testimony enough to any honest observer.

Or, it recognizes the history of this country and the fight black people have endured and celebrates it. You guys keep saying that this song and #BLM divides people by race, but all I see is people from all races supporting it. I think it's having the opposite effect that you think it does.

Short and to the point. Nailed it.

His evasion and inability to answer that truth, hurts his purpose more than it helps.
