With these types of comments, the bar has been set so low for Biden. All Biden has to do is not drool on himself during the debates and he will have exceeded expectations.

Seriously man... the guy just said that:

“I had a nurse, nurses at Walter Reed hospital who would bend down and whisper in my ear, go home and get me pillows... ---- they'd actually breathe in my nostrils to make me move, to get me moving.”

And he said it with a straight face... and no indication that he even knew it was loony.

The chances of his handlers letting him appear in anything unscripted or lasting more than 10 minutes are near zero.

What I find particularly strange, is that there are still people who have seen this repeated disconnection with reality, and who still want him to be the president.

Biden looked plenty coherent in the debates against Bernie. If he repeats those performances, he will be fine. He will certainly look more coherent than the candidate who said scientists should study ingesting disinfectants as a treatment for COVID.
