Those are his three main pillars of his platform.

But sure he’s a centrist all right... maybe a centrist if the actual center is considered far right.

We're not talking about his "history" we're talking about now. Biden needs to pander/pay lip service to the extreme liberal/socialist ideas that are keeping that part of his base on board. You asked why Biden would pick a socialist VP which seemed disingenuous to me. I answered why I thought he would although I tend to agree with you that it it will probably be someone like Kamala. Which will make it even more likely he will have to adopt some liberal/socialist ideas like free college, ubi, obamacare, reparations, defund etc..

bandc came here telling us Trump said "X" and if he was just honest, everything would be okay.

Here's the deal. Trump was being honest, Biden "yes, absolutely" has the centrist/moderate republican view and wants to defund the police.

I'll respond to all of you with this one post. Ortizer said this in a much more eloquent way than I did a while ago. You all know Trump moves different than he speaks. You all know politicians move differently than they speak, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE BANKROLLED BY CORPORATIONS.

I assure you, no matter WHAT Joe Biden puts out, his 60 year history tells me that he is a corporate centrist. he has absolutely no interest in progressive policy, and also has no incentive to attract the far left when he is so far up in the polls. A leopard doesn't change his spots, especially at near 80 years old.
