Yeah, but I am pretty sure that you have to have a certain number of signatures in each state as a representation of viable support to get on the ballot. A grass roots organization is required to get that in place, which I don’t believe he has.
Otherwise, there could be any number of crackpots announcing that they wish to run for President. This sounds more like a publicity stunt to me than an actual run for the Presidency.
