What's that got to do with a global flood?

Gobekli Tepi certainly suggest as much.

Amazing a site that complex built by Hunter Gatherers

And there are dozens of similarly complex sites of the same age in the near vicinity

    Suggesting a widespread complex culture.

    From 12+ K years ago.

Definitely. I also found Robert Shoch's theory regarding water erosion around the Sphinx to be fairly compelling. That would mean the Sphinx was there at a time when the Giza plateau was inundated with heavy rainfall, which would be something like 10's of thousands of years ago.

    I did too.

I find these things (the emergence of man, paleo-archaeology, human prehistory, ancient genetics) fascinating.

It is something I read incessantly on.

Sounds like you are a kindred spirit.

    Ever heard of Carolina Bays?

    Yes, definitely.

Quite amazing to think that an asteroid hitting the Great Lake region would have that kind of impact all along the entire east coast.

It’s pretty wild that a lot of the Carolina bays are almost perfect circles.

There are a lot of really cool sites around the world I’d love to see. I’m hoping to some day bike the Incan trail up to Machu Pichu.

Have you read anything in the American Stone Henge up in New England? That’s pretty interesting.

I have. Actually visited the site.

Also been to several of the Tepe sites and to Konya, and Ancient Hattusa in Central Anatolia.

Perhaps the majority of religions and cultures have a flood story because an enormous flood did happen. And perhaps that is where you are going and I am not completely getting it.

I am talking about the supposed similarities of every Tom, Dick, and Harry to Jesus. Those are just brazenly bad and the fact that this is a low budget "movie" explains the use of a pre-talkie Jesus film instead of something made in the last 100 years but it does not explain the purposely distorted "similarities."

I was thinking more documented by Noah and his family then passed down, but yeah.

Yeah. I'm purely talking similarities in ancient aspects of things, not Jesus.
