I take tribulus but that's about it. I have been taking Quercetin for the past few weeks but don't plan to continue that forever.

    Once or twice per week:

    Black seed oil (cancer fighter)
Elderberry syrup (respiratory health, anti viral)

    Daily:

Vitamin D 10,000 IU (many benefits)
    Saw Palmetto (prostate health)
Milk Thistle (supports kidney, liver health)
    Magnesium (heart health)
Sea Moss (contains 90% of all minerals present in humans - don't take if you have thyroid issues)
Coenzyme Q10 ubiquinol (heart health, fights aging)
    100 billion culture probiotic

Note: 80 - 85% of my diet is plant-based. I do 17/7 intermittent fast daily. 3 day fast every ninety days or so.

Basically, the way you push yourself with your runs and your diet, is where I want to be when I'm your age. I'm 33 and just getting to the point where I'm beginning to consider phasing out dairy. I have everything else, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains, herbs, spices. I've very selective with my dairy, but I still want to work on phasing it out. When I had my stomach virus, that was the main reason it was so difficult for me to return to my normal diet, as soon as I wanted, the dairy wouldn't hold. Which makes sense. There's good in select dairy, but overall I could shred better without it.
You're off to a great start. I wasn't nearly as disciplined when I was your age. I would have probably avoided a lot of problems I encountered in my 40's if I was.

Ashwagandha helps with my mood. Reishi has other medicinal benefits, but helps with your mood and energy levels.
