Peak Kaepernick is clearly better then Griffin.

The question becomes how close can Kaepernick get to being the player he was and how long would it take.

If you go to a Browns board you'll see the exact same stories about them making all these moves too. The only reason why the OP keeps hearing things about the Ravens is because he/she follows the Ravens. Other teams are also constantly speculated about.
