As for the name change, it's being reported that they've run into a trademark issue with the preferred name, which is causing the delay.

Hmmm, makes me wonder if "Warriors" is not the preferred name? They already hold a trademark for Washington Warriors I thought? Would "Redtails" cause a trademark issue?
