nice spot for him - he can be a mentor and it's not far from home.

I like it. Great spot for him. He gets to go back to Jersey.

    EDIT: 1 year/$1.5MM. That's a long way down from $25MM.

With BP again. Lol. Wouldn't be shocked if Joe is the starter by the end of the year. Good for Joe, hope he opens up a can of whoop ass on the AFC east.

The Jets have sought a veteran quarterback in recent weeks and had interest in Andy Dalton before he signed with the Cowboys. "

Good for him. Always liked Joe. Met him once in NOLA during Superbowl Week. He was very nice to me and my family.

That being said, I didn't know he was medically cleared from his neck injury.

If ever there was an example of a player’s love for the game being completely misjudged by his facial expressions and mannerisms. This is it. First, he was supposed to retire after Lamar replaced him. Then, he was supposed to hang em up after the neck injury and there’s no way Flacco would continue to play for 4.5 million. Especially, as a backup.

It reaches the point where you just have to acknowledge that the guy loves the game.

Good for you Joe! Would be cool to see him play and see how he does with them. Maybe wait until next year though for him to heal up which is totally possible if Darnold doesn't come through this year.

Or he would love to be getting paid to sit on the bench and rest. He doesn't even have to play preseason.
