Was Tucker the greatest NFL player of the 2010s?
That's what this article asks but you know what they say about questions in headlines.

Yes. I'd trade Corey Coleman, Johnny Manziel, Cam Erving, Barkevious Mingo and Trent Richardson for Tucker. Anyone drafted by the Browns really.

Depends on what "greatest" means but Justin Tucker did his job better than any other NFL player did theirs.

Re: Was Tucker the greatest NFL player of the 2010s?
The question is too broad and undefined, I don’t think you can objectively answer it correctly, and then it becomes an apples to oranges debate if you compare Tucker to say Aaron Donald. He’s easily the best kicker of the last decade, and when it’s all said and done could be the best kicker of all time for a long time. That’s about as far as I’d go with it
