I do not, in any way shape or form, believe DeCosta would trade both of our 2nd round picks to move up to #30 for Cesar Ruiz plus a late 4th round pick. While I do like Ruiz, I think it's more likely we trade down, then draft him, or trade up in the 2nd round... that is if EDC thinks either of those are worth it... Bc

That wouldn't be enough IMO because Ruiz could go in the late first or early 2nd. Arguably best guard in the draft. A late 2nd and a late 3rd wouldn't be enough for an early 2nd and he could very well go at the top of the 2nd to Cincinnati. It's best to just do exactly what we did in 2018 which panned out well.
