In other news, I ran a 6:07 mile yesterday. Running is my only release since they closed the gyms. Tried to run some 200's afterward, but could only do 5.

I hate to say I'm lucky to work from home, but at least I'm still employed. I know a lot of people that aren't as fortunate. Trying my best to order carryout from our frequent haunts, to hopefully keep them afloat.

Thankfully, I was able to get my acupuncture appointment in. My Acupuncturist was given permission to continue treating in a one-on-one setting.

Acupuncture breeds excellent results for muscle strains. It also does wonders for the nervous system as a whole and I’ve been making progress in meditation.
It won’t work miracles on ligament issues, due to them taking much longer to heal, but it can still help by improving the surrounding area.
