    Drops by Ravens, 2019

Lamar Jackson's receivers dropped 24 passes last season, costing him at least four touchdowns and turning more than five percent of his pass attempts into incompletions.

According to Cian Fahey, 10 of those were by Mark Andrews, Marquise Brown & Miles Boykin.

One thing I don't know is, how that compares to "normal". Even Drew Brees has players drop passes sometimes. How often? What's the usual rate?

Yeah I’m guessing that’s pretty par for the course.

Doesn't sound that crazy. It really depends on who's couting becuase there's different defintiions.

To quickly compare to Brees, According to FOX:
    Ginn - 7
    MT - 6
    Kamara - 5
    Cook - 4
    Murray - 3
    4guys - 1
    = 29

    Baltimore:
    Andrews - 7
    Brown - 2
    Boyle - 2
    Ricard, Boykin, Snead - 1
    = 14

So they're way off on those numbers if they counted 14.

If you count the playoffs then add 7 drops which brings us to 21 so that's a closer number if it's full season

5% sounds high to me. 20 doesn't sound high but we didn't throw it as much as a lot of teams.

AS per Fox. So before Sword comes in here yelling and flipping tables, it's just how they count them. Not saying they're gospel.

We were cursed that night. The turnovers, the missed 4th down attempts. Everything that could go wrong went wrong 2 standard deviations from average. I'm still wrapping my head around it.

Thats what happens when your star players are off for 3 weeks in a row than try and ramp back up for game action

And your coaches don't make halftime adjustments, abandon their gameplan, etc. Literally everything went wrong

    Boykin.. smh.
Consider the ravens: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouse nor barn, and yet God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds!

Right? It doesn't sound like an unusual number.

No reason I would give the accuracy title to Fox over other these guys, particularly.

But yeah, definitely looks like they counted the playoff game. Fast forward to 1:54 to relive Seth Roberts dropping the big gainer vs the Titans.

I dunno if it was 7, but there were some really brutal ones. Lamar wasn't his best, but also he didn't get a lot of help in that game.

Shoulda thrown it to him rather than Andrews on our first pass, the 4th play from scrimmage. We would've taken the lead right there in Q1. Whole different game.
