    Democrats want to lose

I don't even know how this could possibly be spun in any way that could help the DNC. There is zero chance this will go well for them: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/tru...en-after-trial

Impeachment 1.0 resulted in Trump having the highest approval ratings of his presidency, and Chuck and Nancy having some of the lowest. Iowa has been proof that there is not this "level of excitement" like the media wants you to believe. Americans want to move on, plus there is an election in 9 months, which is less time than it could take for PROPER articles of impeachment to be drafted and relayed to the Senate. If Bolton and McGahn were such "smoking gun witnesses" then why didn't the House push for subpoenas? Sure, they asked for them, and were denied by the White House, but all they had to do was ask the judiciary (like they somehow forgot this until now?).

Listen... this is going to end in acquital... period. This is the DNC on life support. They botched the Iowa Caucus. They botched the impeachment. They couldn't even get through the State of the Union without TERRIBLE optics. Then they come off of that immediately into AOC stating that "Pulling yourself up by your bootstraps is physically impossible" only to be followed by a young man who told his life story of literally working hard to get out of the Akron depressed area where the public schools were failing thousands. On top of which, the DNC says Trump lies, but they couldn't touch any of his numbers on the economy during that speech because they were directly from the Department of Labor Statistics. When Americans vote, we can say all of these other topics matter, but what truly matters to a majority of Americans is that they are financially stable, and Trump provides that... even an obligatory glance at the Democrats shows them what a nightmare that would be.

The Democrats will definitely have something planned as a distraction the same time that the Attorney John Durham's report/charges come out. It could be this. We'll see. The impeachment came out around the same time as the IG report.

sadly, there is still about 30% of this country that suffers from TDS. No matter how good things are going, they are praying to the global warming gods, that things fall apart. They would vote for Putin over Trump

They should not give any notice of the Durham report's release. Just call a press conference quickly and let it rip. If it's announced in advance that the Durham report is coming out on [day of the week], there will be a leaked report from an anonymous source that morning in the NYT and/or WAPO of some bullshit thing Trump did which NEEDS to be investigated.

The Dems have fucked up a lot of things over these three years, but one thing they do better than the Reps is get out and frame the story before it's written. The Senate trial was going to be a coverup before rules were even discussed. Failure to comply with the Congressional investigation would be considered obstruction. They put the story out first whereas Reps are generally on their heels reacting to the reporting.

I agree with this. They did it with the IG report... started saying it was a total vindication of the Intelligence Department and that Trump was crazy. It didn't do any of that. Trump was 100% correct to question how the hell he was being spied on and why. When asked directly, the intel community stood there with their dicks in their hands pointing fingers and saying, "Uhhh... I thought HE verified the info... " It was total BS. So they had SO much to go on that they NEEDED to get a warrant yet couldn't even prove the subject of the warrant was even under investigation or that they had any reason to spy on him... what a crock.

    You're exactly right.

I forget who it was...but some dumbass on the forum started SPAMMING the fuck out of all the MSM headlines right as the report was being released saying that it was total vindication for the FBI. Then.................it turned out that everything they put out was wrong. By that point, the sheep's minds were already made up.

I agree that Barr/Durham should 100% NOT announce when they're going to reveal their findings. Don't play the MSM/DNC game. Fuckin catch the assholes off-guard and drop the hammer.

Nunes said it last night..."The MSM are assassins who work for the Democrats." He's right.
