Marc Trestman is the HC of the Vipers. They look pretty bad so far.

guess we both picked the wrong team to root for... think I'll change to DC ;-)

Why do they pick cities with existing NFL teams. If they pick second level cities like St. Louis, Portland, San Antonio and now Oakland etc I would think they would get better attendance.

All things considered - the 3 games I have seen are worse than pre-season week 1.

I don't agree on this. It was much better than pre-season penalty ridden games. The refs let a lot of incidental conduct go. Much more liberal on holding calls, PI, hitting, etc...

I like Greg Olsen doing commentary for the NY/Tampa game. It's the second time I've heard him call a game and he's definitely got a future in it.

That sounds about right. I still know people who take their kids to MLS games and enjoy it. Hopefully it will be the same here. The WWE is the largest employer in my area and they've added about 500 jobs for the XFL so I'm really pulling for this.

Im personally enjoying my first XFL game. I read they've already sold more tickets than the entire AAF season last summer. Lol. I think this thing is going to stick around.
