I don’t remember that. I do remember Tony Jefferson who left the Cardinals the same year as Campbell not wanting to sign with the Browns. Maybe that’s what you are thinking of?

Calais grew up in Colorado but he has spent his adult life where it is hot - college in Miami, years in ARI and then going to JAX. I infer he loves Miami since he donated a ton of money to the University. He may not want to comment on his weather or regional preference just now since it would hurt his bargaining position, but sometimes that is a factor with guys.

As someone who lives in Canada and is a Toronto Raptors fan, it is 100% a factor. Guys who come here talk abotu it all the time.

even a few months ago i was bringing up CC name however he is going to fall off in the near future (age) but i love the player.D-Line some guys go well into their 30's some lose it like skilled position guys, its not an easy thing to project in football.

EDC has been on point with the short contracts i hope he sticks with it if/when some team offers him 4+years I dont think thats wise personaly.CC is a great win now player .. if we can get him on a short win now contract...
