The Chris Moore experiment should be over now. He never took that next step like many thought or hoped he would. Not even from a special teams standpoint. I think we can find an undrafted guy to fill in just as well.

THey should be looking for an upgrade at WR, namely someone with Size and speed on the outside.
Roberts was pretty much was most expected. He had decent hands and blocked very well but I doubt he will be a priority coming back.

To me the optimal WR depth coming out of this offseason would be:
1. Marquise Brown
2. FA
3. Willie Snead
4. Miles Boykin
5. Jaleel Scott
6. Draft Pick (potentially higher on the list if it's an early enough pick)

That lines up with getting 2 new guys. If it's a deep wide receiver draft they probably think they can get one of them in the draft.

These are some good answers to some tough questions. Sometimes Harbaugh comes off as a politician but I really don't see that here. He knows he has something good and is looking to build on it.
