Re: Ravens lost 18 consecutive games when trailing at the half
Of the 7 postseason losses during the Harbaugh era, the Ravens were trailing at halftime in 5. The largest deficit at the half was 12 (SanDiego)
Of the 10 Ravens postseason wins during Harbaugh's tenure, the Ravens came back to win trailing at the half 1 time (down 6 @ NE 2012)

Re: Ravens lost 18 consecutive games when trailing at the half
if you wanna judge Harbaugh then let's look at 2008-2019, unless you are suggesting he once knew how to make halftime adjustments but has since forgotten. the Ravens have won 22.2% of games after trailing at halftime since 2008. the league average over that span is 22.5%. for whatever that statistic is worth, it's not a glaring strength or weakness for Harbaugh, he is average.

Re: Ravens lost 18 consecutive games when trailing at the half
while we're on the subject of halftime adjustments...the losing team isn't the only team that has to make adjustments at halftime. so how often do the Ravens win after leading at half? Ravens win 83.6% of games where they lead at halftime since 2008. That's 6th best in the league. the league average is 77.5% over that span.

Re: Ravens lost 18 consecutive games when trailing at the half
Good points. It is likely they were better than average at coming back from halftime deficits when Flacco was good (i.e. 2008-2014) then got worse than average as he regressed.
As for Lamar, he has very rarely been down at halftime so the sample size is too small to draw meaningful conclusions of Harbaugh during Lamar's tenure.

Re: Ravens lost 18 consecutive games when trailing at the half
Also during the Harbaugh era (2008-present) the AFC championship game winner rallied 4 times after being down at the half, including the Ravens in 2012
During the same time span, the Super Bowl winner overcame a halftime deficit 4 times
