New member with a question

Hey all, new member (Eagles fan) here looking for a bit of advice. I'm going to the game Saturday night with a buddy who had an extra ticket. I'll be coming down I83 from Harrisburg, PA area to meet him somewhere downtown for dinner before the game. I'm thinking it might be easier to park outside the city and take public transportation into the city but the info I'm finding online seems a bit confusing. I guess the first question is it even feasible to think I can get transportation back out of the city to my car after the game and if so, thoughts on the best way to plan my trip?

I would just drive into the city and park somewhere around the inner harbor (parking garages, Arrow parking, LAZ parking, Gallery Garage). Then walk, scooter, or uber to where your meeting up for dinner. The parking lots around the stadium and federal hill will be where most traffic is at. But coming into the city from 83 shouldn't be a problem.
