Re: The DB's balled out against D. Hopkins
Plus, he put those numbers up on 12 targets. That's a lot of opportunity for one receiver.
He had his lowest catch % of the season, & was held out of the endzone. All in all, you're not going to stop a guy as good as DHop, but the Ravens sure did a damn good job limiting him.

Re: The DB's balled out against D. Hopkins
Considering he's one of the two or three best receivers in the league, and he had literally zero impact on the game...I'd call that balling out.

Re: The DB's balled out against D. Hopkins
Hopkins was getting his early and often in the 1st (and 2nd ?)QTR. Including the no-call PI that would have been a TD.
After that, though, our CB's clamped down.
I'd don't know what made Hopkins think he can stare down our DB's during warm ups. Maybe Nuk needs that before the games start. But you are looking at Jimmy Smith (among the best when healthy), Marlon Humphrey ( the best DB no one has heard of), Marcus Peters, and f**king Earl Thomas.
See all those coverage sacks? Our DB's definitely balled out once they got situated. Shoot, they pretty much ensured that Judon is going to get big money in the offseason, because they made him look good!

Yeah, that wasn't smart of him to do that, these guys are REALLY FUCKING GOOD on a regular day, but when they're fired up, you'll be lucky to get off the line of scrimmage against these guys.
