Both Pittsburgh AND Cleaveland are done

Pittsburgh is 5-5 with tonight's loss. Their offense is terrible to begin with and has gotten worse with all of the injuries tonight. We are now 3 1/2 games up on them (we own the tie breaker). Even though they have some "easy" games, they are no longer gimmies because of their injuries.

Cleveland is simply too far behind and Miles Garrett (their best defensive player) will most likely be suspended for the rest of this season.

Tonight's game couldn't have turned out better for us. Hopefully we can now focus on the #1 or #2 seed for the playoffs.

Totally disagree. There are too many games left. We are really good but we have a tough schedule. Browns have beaten us. Pitt is a tough out too. It is too early for this thread, imho.

Cleveland was always done once they hit 2-6. There was no way a team as prone to stupid mistakes as them was going to casually "run the table".

I still think Pittsburgh has a >50% chance to make the playoffs.

    Both are done.

They may still win some games, but they are no threat to us.

Juju and Thompson both went out with concussions, Connor reinjured his already injured shoulder, and I'd imagine that Pouncey will be suspended at least one game.

Miles Garrett is done for the year once Goodell gets ahold of him, and Morgan Burnett suffered an Achilles injury.

Pittsburgh is too banged up. It will be a damn shame if Pittsburgh OL get suspended for this but they are too banged up and have little margin for error.

Cleveland’s schedule is a joke but they are a bigger joke. Tonight is why they are the Browns. Everyone should be talking about how they dominated the Steelers and are back in playoff mix but their best player just assaulted a guy on national TV. They are a god damn mess and don’t have a single adult leader in that locker room. They have the talent to beat anyone, including us again but NFW they get 9-10 wins w that bunch of idiots in their locker room.

I can’t this Cleveland team going on the road to beat Pittsburgh (especially after tonight), at Arizona and against Baltimore.

This is the best thing that could of happen tonight!

Good riddance to both those trash football teams

By head hunting, which the Browns did even before the Myles Garrett fiasco they put a target on their back. We (Raven fans) know how that works out. The Browns won't be able to sneeze without getting flagged. Both teams are toast.

Mason Rudolph just isn’t a good NFL starting QB. I can’t imagine Steelers benching him after this mayhem, but I think putting in devlin would make them better.

Here comes the judge, Goodell. Here is the problem for the Browns the visuals are terrible. Wont matter that Garret is a decent fellow. What will matter is that his actions could have resulted in permanent injury to another player. This could have ended that QB playing days forever or even been a life altering, life ending event. Hit him that hard with a helmet and he turns away so it strikes his temple and it is all over. Even the Union wont do more than give lip service to his defense. How could they do otherwise. They are also the Union of the victim. So Maximum suspension the CBA allows subject to appeal. And if Goodell is smart he forms a one time player and NFL front office run hearing, to hear the appeal. He has the power to do it under his "for the good of the game powers". Have them hear the appeal and direct a suggested final suspension. Then based on that, modify the suspension. In the end it will be four to six games unless they find Rudolph dead in the morning, in his bed. Strange things happen in bed. Just ask Jeffery Epstein.

Pacman Jones ripped Amari Coopers helmet off, when Cooper was lying on his back, grabbed Coopers head, and slammed his head against his helmet.

Games of suspension for ripping helmet off and causing head to helmet contact = 0.

This was not a fight. Cooper was not charging Pacman Jones. Cooper was on his back, defenseless. The head to helmet contact that Jones caused was mostly of the same type that Garrett caused.

If Pacman Jones got 0 games suspension for head to helmet contact, I can't see Garrett's conduct pushing new upper limits.

There was nothing Cooper could've done to prevent the head to helmet contact. He was lying on his back.

Mason Rudolph could've prevented the head to helmet contact by simply staying where he was.

Others who know of other ripping helmet off + causing head to helmet contact situations could mention them.

If you need anymore reason to understand why the Browns are the anus of the league, look at this thread:
