Dick Jauron. HC wi Bears, went 13-3 one year, then nothing. 2nd chance in Buffalo, did nothing.
IIRC about ten years ago Browns went 10-6 wi Romeo Crennell (DC @ Neps) HC and Derek Anderson (Oregon State, Ravens draftee) at QB. Derek bounced around a bit (backup wi Panthers when the lost the SB to Denver)."Nothing stops these Baltimore Ravens.
