The ideal scenario for me would be to have the Steelers go 9-7, have us knock them out of the playoff race in Week 17 and for the organization to look back on this season and be convinced that Mason Rudolph is the answer.

It's unbelievable that the Steelers could have a chance to walk into M&T at the end of the year and steal a game to go 12-4, win the division and be possibly the no. 1 seed. That is still on the table for them all with a 5-4 record. Unreal. Shows how absolutely whack teams like the Chargers, Colts and Rams are when they can't beat a team with no real offense.
I think that's a stretch. They are losing one (or two) to the Browns, losing to the Ravens, and probably lose one of the other road games. That puts them at 9-7 or 8-8. Tomlin will keep his streak of nonlosing seasons but that's about it.

I know we have an easy schedule, but we don't have the offense to put teams away so we will lose some of those games. I expect us to finish 9-7 and maybe get a wild card game. We're not playing down to competition this year, but we simply lack a good offense to beat every mediocre/below average team.

I have to watch because I've got Nick Chubbs in my starting FF lineup lol

But a big yes to cheering for the Browns. While the ravens pretty much control their own destiny a Steelers loss increases our margin of error if we falter down the stretch.
