Time to start talking Pro Bowl

Voting opens up in ten days. So:

    A) who would you vote for?
    B) who's getting in?

It's kind of silly that voting starts so early because it trivializes weeks 16-17 but that's the way it is.

Hayden Hurst is going for sure

LJ, Yanda, Stanley, and Tucker seem like obvious candidates. Humphrey as well but I’m not sure he’s a household name yet. Earl Thomas will probably get voted in before Humphrey.

I could see Ingram getting a nod. Outside of Chubb and Jacobs with the Raiders I'm not sure of an AFC back that is better than Ingram

Well, it means something to the players but as a fan I don't care.

I haven't watched a pro bowl game in about 15 years

It's still a thing. A thing that fans can actually vote for. We don't get All Pro votes. We get Pro Bowl votes.

The game itself is unwatchable, we all know this. I don't watch it either.

I could use some actual opinions in the thread instead of "I don't care" responses or Hayden Hurst troll posts.

It's gonna be tough for Ingram but he has a shot.

YARDS FROM SCRIMMAGE, AFC RB (RRTD)

    1126 Leonard Fournette (1)
    964 Nick Chubb (6)
    851 Austin Ekeler (8)
    842 Josh Jacobs (7)
    808 Derrick Henry (8)
    747 Marlon Mack (3)
    744 Phillip Lindsay (5)
    726 Carlos Hyde (3)
    710 Mark Ingram (7)
    657 LeVeon Bell (2)
    616 James Connor (6)
    545 Sony Michel (6)

Ingram doesn't get as many touches per game as some of the guys listed above him. He's almost 80 touches behind Fournette for example. But he does a lot with his touches.

Side note - kinda crazy Fournette has only 1 TD

The pro bowl is much more about name recognition than play on the field so I don't see as many of our players making it as deserve to.

You can always count on the Cowboys and Steelers etc being vastly over represented too. Remember when Boswell made it ahead of Tucker?
