UPDATE:

The mom should lose custody and only be allowed strictly supervised visits.
The state should also pull her medical license ASAP and civilly commit her to a psychiatric facility for evaluation.

Re: your thoughts on this sad case where Texas jury rules against divorced dad trying to stop 7-year-old son’s gender transit
What a surprise that the right wing warriors use the kid(s) and the case as propaganda without any actual care for them, and shocking that it would be them breaking the gag order.
Now, it´s entirely possible the mother is a nut job, though I still find it hard any jury ever would have ruled in her favour at all then, but it is also still a possibility the dad is. He´s def got a history of some severe lying and decieving so why not wait this out, leave the medias out of it and respect the gag order? Leave the kids alone and let evaluators, teachers, family, court do their jobs damn it.
That an update from one part (that should shut up under court ruling no less) leads rav to call for lost custody, lost license and psychiatric evaluation is fucking ridiculous at this stage.

A lot of that "third party" information can only have come from the father originally, like the photos, the supposed contact with the school etc. So yeah, if you wanna split hairs, but it´s obvious he´s gonna continue to fight his war through the media, despite court ruling. e´s on thin ice though probably, considering his history of lies and deception adn also that the judge cautioned him because of his lack of consideration for his kids by taking this to the media and that he´s profiting financially big time from doing so.
