The defense was bad but I’m not convinced it is bad. We’ve had games like this when our defense was usually consistently good. I hope they can learn big time from it. Some return from injuries at CB would go a long way.

Out defense has a history of sucking when Jimmy Smith gets hurt, then they start getting better when Smith returns. That can't be a coincidence, right?

Ravens dont need to mortgage their future for that one. No more than 1 high pick and 1 player. Really prefer they build through the draft and free agency next offseason.

One thing that was painfully obvious was the Ravens could NOT hold the edge today and they could not stop the screens.

Wasn't this inevitable?? For years we were lacking impact playmakers and we've finally may have hit on a few. So obviously the defense has to take a little bit of back seat without a dramatic drop off in talent and production. I would rather have the problem of fixing the D rather than the O.
