Re: OROY
Kyler Murray or Josh Jacobs are probably going to get it.
However, Terry McLaurin is a dark horse. He's the Redskins' #1 receiver and he's making plays with 3 different QB's.Disclaimer: The content posted is of my own opinion.

Re: OROY
I think it's worth bringing the thread up again, as Minshew, a popular candidate here, is being benched for Nick Foles after their bye. I think that pretty squarely takes him out of the competition barring injury, or Foles getting benched.
"That's not Donovan McNabb."

Re: OROY
If Hollywood can stay on the field moving forward I think he has a chance. When he's on the field with Lamar it's just...WOW

Re: OROY
We need to start hitting some bombs to Hollywood for him to have any shot at the award at this point.

Re: OROY
Kyler (65% completion, 2200 yards, 9 TDs and 4 INTs to go with over 300 yards rushing and 3 TDs through 0 games) will win it but there are several other rookies having good years.
Josh Jacobs has run for 740 yards and 6 TDs in 8 games
DK Metcalf has 29 catches for 525 yards and 5 TDs in 9 games
Terry McLaurin has 32 catches for 497 yards and 5 TDs in 8 games
In addition to those three, Preston Williams had 32/428/3 before landing on IR this past week. David Montgomery is starting to come along after a slow start and has 550 total yards to go along with 5 rushing TDs. And of course our own Hollywood Brown has been very impressive when healthy.
Minshew would've been in the race as well before Foles came back but that should pretty much lock it up for Kyler.

Re: OROY
Disagree. QBs almost always win the award. Baker didn't even start the entire year, and only played well for the last ~8 games last season, and he still nearly beat out Saquon Barkley who led the entire NFL in all purpose yards. Jacobs has been impressive, but he's not on that level. It's going to be Kyler.
Jk that's not actually true. 5 of the last 6 have been RBs or WRs. I still think Kyler is the favorite but maybe I should look things up before I make dumb blanket statements.

In all seriousness Jacobs is killing it, it wouldn’t surprise me.
