It wasn't zero. Harbs called TO after the big gain to Andrews down to the goal line; there might have been one other.

But you're right, it wasn't much.

GQ. I expect Roman [The Accuser] to use personnel and formation-flexibility to keep the defense at the disadvantage...especially with a lead. This type of constant guessing-game may be more important for the OL's sake then Lamar's.

Jim, he can throw well on the run, but also throw very well from the pocket.

No, he didn't. Go look at the game book:
    https://nflcdns.nfl.com/liveupdate/g...A_Gamebook.pdf

Third quarter, Baltimore Ravens at 13:02 - 2-13 MIA 40 (8:50) Andrews to MIA 1
1-1 MIA 1 8:03 Jackson pass incomplete (the pass was thrown into the stands)

No Baltimore timeout was recorded in the game book until the 4th quarter. I thought for sure there was one there as well, so I went back to look. Jackson took the game clock all the way down, but he got the play off.

    HUH!

I sit corrected. Was there one in Q4 (with RG3)?

Yeah, right before the TD pass to Andrews.
