Re: Bill Burr’s Paper Tiger Special
Super funny. I really like how a lot of his jokes were met with silence.
Sad that people can’t even laugh anymore.
Outrage and being offended is more important than laughter.

Re: Bill Burr’s Paper Tiger Special
Watched it this weekend. That's the first I've seen him. I'm going to check out his other stuff.
After watching Sticks & Stones I started looking for Eddie Murphy standup specials. Only one I could find without renting/buying was Delirious.

Re: Bill Burr’s Paper Tiger Special
SNL firing Shane Gillis really made me think back to Eddie Murphy. He was a star of the show, credited with helping save it in the early 80's. While still a cast member released two standup routines Eddie Murphy and Delerious. Those both had a lot of homophobic content and he used the "F" slur almost as much as the "N" word. Also had a bit about slapping women around on Delrious. Now he'll be hosting SNL in December.

Re: Bill Burr’s Paper Tiger Special
I thought "Paper Tiger" was pretty good, but not great.
Burr's peak is still "I'm Sorry You Feel That Way". That's a goddam masterpiece.
