I recall back few years ago a friend of mine showed up in a pair of (Purple Nikes) which he tried saying were his Ravens shoes and was a gift from his mom. Not exactly my style but I gave him props for trying to show our team loyalty during one of our Sunday parties. I never paid much attention to it until few weeks later when I saw one of my wife's (Female friends) and she was showing my wife her new shoes and come to find out they were Womens Purple Nikes he had been wearing all along.

Needless to say he never heard the end of the jokes about that for quite a few years.
