Big tuna had a basic rules. Draft no qb who did not start three or more years, four the best. Draft no qb who has not won 30 games. His point was to eliminate the one year wonders and to have a large enough body of work to see what you have. He wanted to see a improving progression of a qb who got better over time. And finally he wanted a qb who completed more than 60% of his passes because he understood you can not teach accuracy. That was a lesson Brian learned the hard way about a qb who just never got more accurate as he played.
The Giants are going to find out if the see rules still hold true.
