Well, I dislike his immigartion policies, leaving the Paris Agreement is a disgrace (even if it wont affect as much since most major states and companies are already on board with cutting emissions etc), abortion policies, constant flirting and refuing to stand against racists and nazis for starters. But this thread seems to have gotten back OnT, so we can drop it here me thinks.

If you're going to make claims like that, we're going to have to ask you to support them. Can you provide links/quotes?

Also, what's wrong with his policies on abortion? I'm curious to see what people in other parts of the world think of this.

My main point here is basically that almost no matter the policies, Trump should be in the garbage bin. In my opinion, no decent person could ever support or defend a human being like him, truly, no matter if one happens to like som of his policies (that aren´t exactly mind blowing unique you know...there are other politicians with very similar politics...)

There has been discussion in The Lid about other countries politics and how they work vs our system. If not that’s cool. I think you’d find a very welcome vibe if you do. Most guys here do wanna discuss and learn. They are pretty tied to their beliefs though! Lol.

Charlottesville, hello...? Surely you know about that one for starters? I´ll send you a link, where I urge you to follow down each and every of the links there provided. There are sources, quatations and ample proof of all of these. How anyone can try to minimize this mans utter flirtation with far right and even nazi views is beyond me..

The problem with his abortion policies is that since he probably doesn´t care eitehr way himself, he does what the conservative christians does.
As for me, in general I also leave this dabte to the ones who know it and are affected by it, the women. And I support their right to decide. There´s a funny pic of Trump holding up a document that limits womens rights on this, surrounded by a bunch of old, white males...

There were no questions about Mueller, and none about abortion... why? Because those are losing issues for Democrats. They "think" they can win on immigration, healthcare, and the economy. So let's look at those:
1. Immigration: They want open borders, and despite the media claiming that no Democrats want open borders, we heard the terms, "Well I'd decriminalize it... but focus on border security!" That is open borders... you decriminalize it so even if they do get caught, we hold them for maybe 8 hours and have them appear at court maybe... and if they don't show... oh well, its just a misdemeanor. 2. Healthcare: Our current failing healthcare was voted on by every single front runner in the current primary. Biden helped champion in ACA. Now they are all complaining that its broken. Okay... good luck running on fixing your own bad policy with a new policy that Bernie even admits would raise taxes on the middle class...
3. The economy: HAHAHAHA! This is my favorite. We've never had lower unemployment. Were coming up on the highest labor participation rates ever. Every single demographic is doing better than 3 years ago except one... white males. So this "this economy is ONLY benefiting the millionaires and billionaires" BS is coming back on their face big time. We are currently in another one of those cycles of "Trickle Down Economy not working" working really well. This was the biggest lie posed by socialist morons, "Trickle Down Economy, as we all know, was a big failure". We don't all know that because its false. Nobody looks back on the mid-80s and say, "Boy... that sucked". Home buying skyrocketed. Car buying skyrocketed. Retirement funds skyrocketed. Working Unions skyrocketed. Wages skyrocketed. The only reason we didn't reduce the debt with our increased revenue is because Tipper O'Neal controlled the purse strings and went on a spending bonanza tying social projects to every single military expenditure. For every $1 we spent on military, he added a whole new department of controlling this or that... Reagan was in a pinch because he was the only person taking Russia seriously, and knew we were in an arms race. The Democrats exploited that, just like they are doing with modern Russia and Iran.

Well that’s just silly. I don’t enjoy his very braggadocious manner, but that has no effect on me. What has an effect on me is policy. So I like most of his policies, so I support them. I’m glad he got out of the Paris accord and I am super happy with his hard line against illegal immigration. And believe me there is no one who has matched up to trump to date on that.

Here is another thing. They don't ask these idiots about foreign policy. Why? Because they are getting killed on that as well. Here is ANOTHER media lie, "Nobody in the world respects Trump!" Really? The UK, Greece, and several other EU countries just voted in people similar to Trump. His Middle East policy is f'ing amazing. People in the middle east are sighing in relief that we are no longer in their back yards arming terrorists on Tuesday and then fighting them on Thursday. Everyone in the Middle East is sighing in relief that we are no longer funding the same Iran that trains suicide bombers and religious fanatics and then sends them across the region. North Korea is on the verge of becoming a peaceful state. They launched some missiles recently, but they did it off their Eastern Coast... not like when Obama was president and they were launching them over Japan. Russia is subdued, and would be even more so if it weren't for their communist comrades in Germany, France, and Switzerland buying massive amounts of their energy instead of buying ours that we are offering for cheaper. China is bailing water out of their sinking ship of currency manipulation and slave labor. The new NAFTA pushes Central and South America to raise wages for workers, and in time will reduce border issues. It also keeps manufacturing in the US while they catch up. So foreign policy is off limits as well... these idiots will only be asked about Trump's "racism" for 2 hour debates by next Jan.
