You think the "Mexican navy" is going to stop it? HAHA! No... they are just going to load them on trucks and trains and send them straight for us. Now let's talk about this scenario (which is 100% something China would do) and put it under an administration and congress that wants open borders, and single-payer for everyone here... Our hospital/medical system would crash and burn within a month. Our federal government would be destroyed in 3 months after the mass panic. Why WOULDN'T China do that?
Because their economy would crash since we buy everything from them?

Bloomberg is the only adult on the stage. The rest of them are making him look like a plausible candidate

I agree. The post debate coverage was bashing Bloomberg and even criticized him for seeming disinterested. He was bored with the stupidity on display from mostly Warren and Sanders. Buttigieg is bright, but is untested. Biden looks like he is losing his mind. I like Klobuchar, but Bloomberg is smarter and tougher than her. Bloomberg came across to me better than any of them IMO. It was like I was watching a different debate.

Didn't watch the whole thing, but all I saw was everyone attacking him for being racist and sexist. It did not look good.

Bloomberg got hammered last night. It was knives out for him....which isn't surprising....the dude bought his way into the nomination lead.

I actually thought Petey-B had the best overall debate last night. I love that he's going after Bernie and calling him for what he is.

I think one difference is the Democratic Party has gone all-in on identity politics and the only people it's ok to attack are conservatives.

Lol. Besides being wealthy businessmen who aren't politicians, Bloomberg and Trump are completely different candidates in every way. Comparing the two is like comparing Lamar to Joe Flacco. What made Trump great in the GOP race is what Bloomberg completely lacks. Trump destroyed the GOP field and he did it in entertaining style while at the same time...he had ideas about shit that actually matters (illegal immigration, pointless wars, taxes, jobs, the economy, etc). You HAD to see what Trump was going to say. It was must-see tv. Bloomberg doesn't have a charismatic bone in his body. Last night, he just sat there and took the hits and we still don't know what he's running on other than throwing money at the climate and trying to take as many guns away from people as possible.

America likes strength. Trump is an insanely strong political presence. Bloomberg got beat up last night. On top of which...he's actually a really small guy, and he didn't put up much of a fight against Elizabeth Warren of all people. That's like getting your ass kicked by Screech from Saved By the Bell.

I will say this... Bloomberg did get Bernie Sanders to look like a fool, which isn't hard...but it was effective.

Pete-B and Bloomberg and Biden went hard at Sanders, which they should.

    I like Pete's comments..."How about we actually elect a Democrat for the Democratic candidate?" (paraphrasing...but basically...Bernie is a Socialist/Communist...not a Democrat)
