    Re: Mueller Testimony

    HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA

Mueller said today that he specifically did not indict Trump BECAUSE of the OLC opinion that you can’t indict a sitting president.

WATCH: This is the moment when AG Barr lied to the public, saying the OLC opinion was NOT a factor in Mueller’s conclusions.

Why didn't you quote Mueller's answer to that question?

He responded with..."I'm not supportive of that...uh, uh, uh, uh...to the way you're analyzing that."

You have to commit a crime to obstruct a crime. That's kind of the point. If they aren't going to charge Trump with a crime, then how can he reasonably obstruct? It just doesn't make sense. It would never hold up in a court of law.

We all know this, wicked. There's no logic, rationale, or reasoning to dispute this. We've all been saying it for years.

This entire charade ended PERFECTLY with this comedy show going on right now during this hearing. It's blown up in the Democrats' faces and there's no saving it. Even the pundits that peddled the lie are saying this has been an embarrassment.

This is the ending the lie deserved.

    ...annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnddddddddddddddddddd

Robert Mueller begins the 2nd hearing today by correcting the earlier statement from Ted Lieu...clarifying the OLC memo was NOT the reason he did not recommend indicting Trump for obstruction of justice: “We did not reach a determination as to whether the president committed a crime.”

yeah, it is a said day.

its not obstruction of a crime... its obstruction of an investigation.

youre better off quoting the second part you did, where he says he did not. the only issue with that is attempting to and not being successful can still be obstruction.

but...if the investigation didn't determine that the the president committed a crime...then, that's the end of that fantasy.

it goes back to what I've said countless times down here.

Any one of us could accuse someone down here of "something" that wasn't true and then investigate the claim. If the accused defends themselves publicly during the investigation...that's not obstruction of anything. It's what I would expect every innocent person to do. Meanwhile, the investigation isn't hindered in anyway nor is the accusation ever proven. THIS is the heart of the Left's bullshit narrative that we've been force-fed for 3 years. Create a story and then charge people w/process crimes related to the investigation and nothing else related to the original accusation.

This is all just a classic "CIA misinformation campaign" executed in America.
