In all seriousness both of them are kind of bland and boring. I guess the first one union meat sounds like something out of the soviet union.

But you could do something along the lines of Pope Oreily: Heavenly Feast, Eats, Meats, etc.

Is "Union Meat Company" aimed at IBEW, Longshoremen, or UAW? You'd likely lose many potential customers who dislike labor unions. How about, instead, something which offends nobody, such as "Mr. Niceguy Meat Company.

And get rid of the "Meat" - shouldn't offend vegetarians, Vegans, and PETA.

And don't forget that Commies hate companies. So that's gotta go.
