Should We Trade For Melvin Gordon?

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/ebonybi...in-gordon/amp/

One suggested trade would have us sending Kenneth Dixon and a 3rd. Another has us sending Gus Edwards and a 2nd. I honestly have to think about this one. Gordon/Ingram/Hill is quite a group.

The capital it would take sounds like a no brainer if it’s Dixon and a third, but if he’s looking to be the top paid running back in the NFL I’d hesitate. He’d be awesome though. Not for Gus, a second rounder, and the huge new deal you’d have to give him though.

He’s way too banged up to pay him what he would want. Good player but pass

I would. Even if it’s a 1 year rental. If he leaves Via free agency, we pretty much get a 3rd or 4th back through the comp anyways

Nope. You draft running backs or sign them as UDFAs, you don't send picks for them and then sign them to big $$ contracts. Can't believe people haven't figured this out yet, the position has been devalued for a decade. Hell, you'd think people would remember from the Willis McGahee deal.

This is a no from me. Dude has played 16 games once in 4 years and is banged up all the time. They are completely fine at RB.

Can he play center, stop th run and drop back in coverage or throw a spiral? Just kidding. It's a no for me. TE and RB are 2 of our strongest positions IMO.

Paying Gordon and Ingram makes no sense.
