Earlier this year...I was talking to someone who is “informed” by liberal standards about this incident and I mentioned the Obama “Promise Program” and what it entailed.

I might as well have been speaking Chinese to her as I spelled it out. She had no clue. It was funny watching her realize she was basically duped by the media.
