Re: A moral obligation to impeach
Setting aside the fact that they are basically a propaganda wing for the dem party, how could they possibly be outraged and report it as a scandal? They were complicit in every scandalous thing that happened over those eight years. Any reporting of negative aspects of the Obama presidency were either racist, right wing conspiracies, or both. Immediately discredited. Journalism was asleep at the wheel for 8 years, they can't then express outrage that there was a crash.
They turn their back to abhorrent behavior by members of their "club" - Obama, Clinton, Weinstein, Lauer, Epstein - until it blows up to be too big to ignore. Then they just turn their back on the former club member.

Re: A moral obligation to impeach
The sad part is that the half of citizens of the US won't know anything about this. They believe Obama was scandal free for 8 years because that's what the media tells them. It's funny that we haven't had any of the normal liberals visit this "dark" side lately. Most are too busy monitoring the Corona virus in Florida, Georgia and Texas, waiting and hoping, with baited breath, to report a spike in deaths due to the opening of those states economies back up.

Re: A moral obligation to impeach
Pretty much.
As thousands of doctors continue to support the use of Hydrochloroquine to treat the Wuhan Flu...I'm sure the "evil orange man bad" crowd is scouring every NYT or WP article they can find to discredit a drug that's been around for 60+ years. It's almost like they want it to fail because Orange Hitler said it might be way to treat the virus.
There's a trend here.
In the age of Trump...whether it's a Russian collusion fantasy, Mueller-Time, Ukraine ripping us off, or Trump reacting improperly to COVID...there's always a crisis being pushed and it's always turns out to be political bullshit. 3 years of this nonsense and the rabid anti-Trumpers fall for it every time and continue to believe and push all of the noise. They're like battered wives who continue to give their husbands chance after chance after chance after he continues to beat the shit out of her.

Re: A moral obligation to impeach
If you really want to ruffle feathers of the Democrats who peruse this conspiracy theorist/racist/right-wing nutjob political forum...start talking about voter fraud. They'll start coming out of the woodworks to huff and puff and tell you that it 100% is NOT happening.
