    Your thoughts on this?

Is this a violation of the son's privacy or are the parents justified?

Its definitely not right and probably should be against some laws if its not already.

A person needs privacy. Changing clothes, bathing, sleeping... nobody wants to be watched during these activities. And its not like the kid was doing anything wrong. ALL 15 yo boys are whacking it, lol.

I agree with this. The question is does a 15 year old have any rights under the law especially when it involves his parents. I have no idea what the laws are.
I do remember this unrelated case where a man sues his parents for giving birth to him, but he was 27 years old.

15-yr old lives under his parent’s roof. He doesn’t have any right to privacy.

His parents should be ashamed of themselves though.

Is a father watching his 15 yo daughter bathe ok? Just to make sure shes not touching herself inappropriately?

Theres gotta be some kind of basic privacy provision.

    I have no idea either.

I cant believe thats true. Look at my example above.

Most would consider that some sort of sexual abuse.

Yeah. This is screwed up. That’s gotta be borderline Child Porn. Everyone has the right to privacy. Hell even my dog has a “hiding place” when it storms. A kids room should be a “safe space” for them. ESP Teens need alone time to “work shit out” in their heads. These parents are too much. If I was the kid one of two things are happening
    1. I’m beating it like I stole it in THEIR room whenever they ain’t home.
    2. As soon as I can ..I’m knocking the bottom outa some girl ....in their bed!

He has no right (legal) to privacy in his parents house, but his parents seem to definitely be pretty shitty.

One thing you bring up that could be an angle I did consider is that of child pornography...especially filming in the bathroom...

That is outrageously over the line. Wow.

And yeah. Having cameras someplace your minor child is going to be undresses is probably super illegal.
