Swalwell doesn’t give two shits about holding any other President accountable. He’s doing this for partisan points against the “evil orange man” because Swalwell is a pretentious douchebag.

No crimes have been committed by Trump despite the incessant lies from the Left/MSM. This bill means zilch and Swalwell knows it. This is another Democratic stunt that does nothing to help the country.

I was just thinking it could get real interesting if they made it retroactive and the current group started looking at the previous one.

A bill like this will never pass because laws exist on the books to deal with this already.

Congress has the ability to IMPEACH a President who has committed a crime. It's happened before and will happen again if a sitting President commits a crime. Swalwell's bill is 100% bullshit because he knows this, and he's only doing this as a political stunt to infer that Trump...after 3 years and 3 investigations into a madeup hoax...has committed a crime during an investigation into a "crime" that never happened.. THAT'S IT! This bill means nothing more than..."evil orange man bad."

It's also a way to give the Left/MSM something to potentially talk about as Barr and Durham investigate how Brennan, Comey, HRC, & BHO orchestrated the attempted coup we all just witnessed. Strzok said it himself - "the WH is controlling this thing." We're going to definitively find out what happened, and it's not going to be pleasant. How they attempt to coverup their tracks is going to be a big part of this as well. Apparently, Strzok's notes from his supposed HRC investigation have already disappeared. More shit like that will happen. Bank on it.
