2019 RSR Mock Draft 2.0 - Info + Team Selection

Each year we do a Mock Draft as a forum, where you pick a team and go through the draft as that teams GM. This year I posted a timeline because people were upset they weren't given time to join in. I am hoping to do one now and one in mid-April. Here is the info for this years RSR mock:

Format:
1) There will two threads created. I am asking the MOD's to keep these threads on the main forum (as opposed to the draft room), as these mocks generally create a lot of discussion.
2) Thread 1: The Picks
This thread is EXCLUSIVELY FOR PICKS ONLY. No discussion. When you're on the clock you post your picks. It makes it much easier for everyone to read through and see the draft, as well as the organizers to find the picks and change the first page with the master list. Please abide by this rule. We have had no issues in the past and it has gone very smoothly
3) Thread 2: The Discussion
This is where you can discuss the picks. Your likes, dislikes, etc. All forum rules apply to keep it civil and constructive, but feedback is highly encouraged.

Rules and Guidelines

1) Posters will be given a pre-determined 3 hour window and a day beginning at 9am and ending at midnight. The time slows will be as follows:

7am - 10am
10am - 1pm
1pm - 4pm
4pm - 7pm
7pm - 10pm

This allows you to know ahead of time exactly when your pick is. It also guarantees we get at least 5 picks a day (traditionally we did 8-12 hour windows which can slow it up.

I can not make this easier - when the schedule is released WRITE DOWN YOUR TIME SLOT - IT IS THAT SIMPLE

Please note: You can PM myself or one of the posters you know are on here often a list of 3-5 guys if you think you may not be available to make the pick. That way I/another poser will put your pick in based on your priority list to keep things moving. This goes a long way in keeping the flow

2) Once you make your selection, look at the draft list that will be posted at the top and PM the person that it is there pick
3) If you miss your time slot, posters in the discussion thread will decide who the selection is, via consensus.
4) No trades. I would really love to do one with trades, but it's too complicated to do it properly
5) Post your teams on this thread and I will update the list. Please avoid saying "I'll take whoever" because I dont want to assign. Just pick a team please
NOTE: As of right now it will be one team per poster (see timeline, for when we will double up if we have to). I really hope we can avoid doubling up to increase participation
6) We will keep going until interest is lost, I posted the first two rounds order just as a start
7) Teams are available on a first come first serve basis so pick the team you want early!

Timeline
Wednesday March 20: Team selection opens
Friday March 22nd, 9am: If not all teams claimed, double ups will begin
Sunday March 24th, 9pm: Picks and Schedule/Discussion Threads will be posted
Monday March 25th, 7am: We go live!

It's funny! I was going to ask you! I was thinking, you definitely know a little more about the draft than I do, so I wanted to know if I could PM you when I'm on the clock what I was thinking and ask you if it made sense? I wouldn't want to do something dumb when I have the Ravens.

Thanks bud! But I'd still love to have you as my assistant GM. With the Ravens pick comes responsibility, so I want to make sure I'm getting it right, so I'd like your very capable pair of eyes on the pick before it's made.
