Browns open up as the favorites in the AFC North now

    http://www.espn.com/chalk/story/_/id...-win-afc-north

The SuperBook on Saturday opened the Browns as +140 favorites to win the division, trailed closely by the Pittsburgh Steelers at +160 and Baltimore Ravens at +250.
Its certainly going to be a weird season with the Browns as a real contender next year. I think we still got a chance, though

I'm not surprised. But I'm not concerned either. We will see how it plays out on the field.

It’s still way early to even think about this.

I would agree with this assessment 100%...whether or not it plays out this way is yet to be seen... but for now I would agree with this...

Have the Ravens ever been seen as the frontrunner by gamblers in March?

Maybe in the years immediately following the Super Bowls? Otherwise this is a popularity contest we rarely (if ever) win. It means nothing.

They did look good against our very good defense last year, but it's just FA.

Vegas lines are based on hype as much as anything. Browns were bound to draw a ton of bets regardless.

A delusional Browns fan and his betting money are soon parted.
