Why should these videos be made public? It should be state’s evidence for court proceedings not for the public to gawk at.

"Once a case is over, it's not an ongoing investigation," Snyder said. "There has to be a specific reason not to release a public record. And the fact that there is sexual activity is not an exemption."

Florida has some extremely relaxed standards for gaining access to public records. Once the case is settled, these videos will come out, one way or another. Stay away from TMZ once that happens.

I feel certain the 'deal' would have ramifications far beyond what we can comprehend on the face of it.
