I do think it's good for NYC. IT was going to cost NYC like 50k per job with the tax breaks they were giving

True about the tax breaks, but it still doesn’t look good. That’s a lot of jobs those people aren’t getting now.

I would say no.

I think there is a noticeable difference in crime and overall cleanliness of the city between Giuliani, Bloomberg, and now. It’s a lot worse now than it was.

More jobs for this area as I think I saw they weren't going to pursue another HQ alongside Crystal City anymore. Not a bad thing for us who live in the DMV.

You don't want to go down that path with the high tax folk. Agreeing with them that they shouldn't give tax breaks and the like get you very close to thinking those taxes and regulations are a good idea.
