Better than nothing - more draft picks to trade up or take more people to contribute. Seems like we have had better luck with 3/4 rounders than 1st and 2nds. lol

He did, but he is still bff's with Horseteeth and put in a good word on Flacco. Kubiak and Fangio both played a part in getting him there supposedly. They both talked him up

The news alert that I saw called it a "blockbuster deal." I could see it involving a few players on each side, and then a draft pick is thrown in to balance out the scales. So we may never really know what Flacco's true trade value was. If its just Flacco, it will probably be one of those pick swaps that are becoming popular now. I don't see Flacco netting us a full third round pick on his own.

I honestly think a 4th is pretty fair given his contract and the fact that everyone knew he was going to eventually be a roster cut.
