    Texans to cut D. Thomas

Tore his Achilles in December so would start season on PUP - thoughts on signing him as a big bodied target for Lamar? We’d have to let Crabtree walk, but I think it’s a solid move.

Thomas was having trouble getting any separation this year before that injury. Now he might move like a blocking tight end. That's a tough sell

He's trending down big time. So naturally we'll sign him.

Wrong side of 30 and breaking down a bit. Some team will pick him up. He’s fun to watch when healthy, just not sure when that would be

How many WRs can you say that about? Dez was another one. They wouldn’t draft Dez, but they drafted a guy who drunkenly drove his car into an apartment complex.

Wouldnt be against it. If the aging Ben Watson could have a serviceable season a year removed from the same injury anything is possible.

This is exactly the type of signing that the Ravens would do.
