Re: 2019 Off-Season "Around The League" Thread
NFL suspends Jarran Reed of the Seahawks for personal conduct violation apparently related to an incident from 2017...that he wasn’t charged for or arrested.
So, they suspend Reed 6 games for something that happened 2 years ago? But there wasn’t enough to go after Tyreek Hill?

Re: 2019 Off-Season "Around The League" Thread
As a Wizards fan, I love it. Sashi was creative as hell there, and Dorsey wouldn’t have been able to do half of what he’s done if not for the cap space and draft picks that Sashi accumulated. His issue was capitalizing on those assets... he sucked at that. But he won’t be making player personnel decisions in Washington, that will be Tommy Shepherd’s job. So Sashi will get to do what he actually does well, and then let actual basketball people capitalize.

Reed was not arrested or charged, and given that it’s been more than two years, most league observers figured the incident would not lead to league discipline. But the NFL can suspend any player it wants, on its own timeline, and has apparently decided that there was merit to the woman’s allegation."
