Apparently the Chiefs might cut Justin Houston becuase he wont take a pay cut.

I'd be interested. Two straight seasons of 9 sacks.

He'll also be 30 and hasn't played a full season since 2014. I'm only interested in guys like that at a cheap price and Houston won't be cheap. If I'm going old I'm looking at Bruce Irvin who had 14.5 sacks the past 2 years and is just hanging on in the NFL. That's someone who should go for little and could be a nice part of the rotation

I'm still all in on Tyrell Williams. I think he's exactly what LJ needs which is a big body who can get open down field. At 27 this is guy hitting his prime. I'm overpaying to make sure he ends up a Raven. I'm thinking 3 years $30 million with $13 guaranteed.

27? LOL, wait until he's 32 or so, then the Ravens will be interested... Bc

Here's a hypothetical: you're handing out a contract to one of these two players. Same years, same AAV, same guaranteed money.

YOU HAVE TO HAND OUT THIS CONTRACT.

    a) Dante Fowler Jr
    b) Za'Darius Smith

    Who's your guy?

Tough choice. Fowler is 2 yrs younger. Similar stats. I’d prob go Za.

Fowler. Once he got traded to the Rams he looked like a much more complete linebacker. They didn't just use him as edge rusher. Folwer is setting the edge and was looking like a pretty good run defender. Fowler in the right system could be a complete OLB when Smith is strictly a rush guy. If the money is equal I'm going Fowler.

Agreed. Plus Fowler has made some big plays in big games. I’ve yet to see that from Z.

I’d like to see paradis get brought in, but it seems like he might be looking for big money he isn’t worth. We need a center bad
