yea different bars have different affiliations [most common are local team jets/giants/rags/islanders/devils]...its also common for bars to support different teams in different sports (e.g. vikings football and rags hockey)....whenever im in the city during a ravens game i check out "Mustang Harrys" (https://www.mustangharrys.com/) - its actually right next to penn station :)

there are also a bunch of stoolers bars, stay away from them LOL (https://www.yelp.com/biz/hibernia-bar-new-york)
